PROGRAM TERMS
Program details
Winter indoor futsal at Renbrook School, West Hartford, Connecticut, ages 6–14. Tuesday sessions: November 17 and 24; December 1, 8, 15 and 22, 2026. Friday sessions: November 13, 20 and 27; December 4, 11 and 18, 2026. All sessions are scheduled for 6:00–7:00 PM Eastern.
Registration fees
$199 per player for Tuesday only; $199 for Friday only; $349 for both. Payments are securely handled through Stripe Checkout.
Refund & cancellation policy
- Before the program: A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least seven days before the first session of the selected program.
- Missed sessions and withdrawals: No refunds for missed sessions or voluntary withdrawals once the program begins.
- Program-canceled sessions: If the program cancels a session, a makeup session will be offered.
- Medical emergencies: Medical emergencies will be considered individually.
Scheduling of makeup sessions will be communicated by the organizer. Any legally required refund or remedy remains available notwithstanding these terms.
Participation and parental consent
A parent or legal guardian must agree to the Parental Consent, Liability Acknowledgment & Emergency Medical Authorization during registration. Photo and video permission is a separate optional choice; see the Photo & Video Consent Policy.
