PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
Purpose and possible uses
Coach Hikmet may take photographs or videos during training sessions to highlight player development and promote the program. With a parent or legal guardian's explicit permission, images or videos featuring their child may be shared on the Coach Hikmet website, official social media accounts, and program promotional materials.
Optional choice
Parents can select Yes or No on the registration form. No is selected by default. The choice does not affect registration, participation, or the cost of the program. The choice and consent-policy version are recorded privately with the registration.
Children without permission
Children whose parents select No must not be intentionally included in program photos or videos for promotional use, including identifiable group photos or background footage. The organizer must check permissions before capturing or publishing material and implement practical measures to honor declined consent.
Names and identifying information
The program will not publish a child's full name or other identifying details alongside photos or video without obtaining separate, specific permission.
Withdrawal of permission
A parent or legal guardian may withdraw permission for future use by contacting registrations@coachhikmet.com. The organizer will stop future publication and make reasonable efforts to remove media from channels within its control when requested. Material already copied or shared by third parties may not be fully retrievable.
Storage, access, and retention
Photos and videos collected for the Winter Indoor Futsal Program, along with records of the related permissions, are accessible only to authorized program personnel and service providers as needed to administer the program and its approved communications. Program-controlled copies of photos and videos will be retained for no longer than 12 months after the program ends, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, safety, or dispute-resolution obligations. At the end of the applicable retention period, the organizer will delete stored copies and remove promotional media from websites and social media accounts under its control where reasonably possible. Previously downloaded, shared, or independently retained copies on third-party services may not be fully retrievable. Parents may request earlier removal or deletion by contacting registrations@coachhikmet.com, subject to applicable obligations. No recording is automatically uploaded through the registration website.
