PRIVACY NOTICE
Effective date: October 23, 2026. This notice describes how Coach Hikmet Aslan uses information submitted by a parent or legal guardian to register a child for the Winter Indoor Futsal Program.
This website collects player and parent/guardian information to process registrations for the Winter Indoor Futsal Program. The form may collect player name, date of birth, age group, guardian contact details, and emergency contact information.
Registration permissions
The website records the guardian’s acknowledgment of the participation agreement and a separate Yes/No photo and video preference, with the applicable policy versions and the date/time of each decision. The photo/video choice is optional and defaults to No. These choices are visible only to authorized organizers through the private registration dashboard and are not included in Stripe metadata or notification emails.

Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe through its hosted checkout. This website does not collect or store full payment card numbers.
How information is used
Registration information is intended to administer enrollment, communicate program logistics, and respond to safety-related needs. Do not submit information that the program has not requested.
Retention and access
Registration records are retained for 12 months after the Winter Indoor Futsal Program ends, unless a longer period is necessary to meet legal, accounting, safety, or dispute-resolution obligations. After the applicable retention period, records will be deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements and technical backup limitations.
Access to registration records is limited to authorized program administrators through the protected registration dashboard. Website hosting, payment processing, and email service providers may process information as needed to operate the program and its registration services. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards to help protect this information.
A parent or legal guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information about their child by contacting the program at the address below. Requests may require verification, and some information may need to be retained to comply with applicable obligations.
